Where do I register for the classes?

Please visit www.Dex-art.com and select the courses from the main page or go to the course catalogue and click the “Enroll Now” button to register. If you have any other questions on registration please call Dex Art support at 925-457-4497 or email info@dex-art.com or go to contact us page and email your details with the title of courses you are interested in.

I didn't receive my Zoom link yet. How can I join the class?   

Once you register at www.Dex-Art.com you will receive an email confirmation with the zoom link. If you don't find the email in the inbox check your spam folder for the email. If you are still unable to locate email from Dex-Art with the link then please email info@dex-art.com so we can provide you with the Zoom link.

Where should I post my child's homework?

Please join our Dex Art Academy Facebook group. There you may share your child's homework and see what other children created as well.

Unable to connect to the meeting, the Zoom link is not working.

Please follow these troubleshoot steps:
  •    Try connecting using the meeting ID and password provided in the email.
  •    Close all the applications and restart the browser. Too many apps in the browser may use up the internet bandwidth.
  •    Try resetting the internet connection and log back in.
  •    Make sure to run all the updates on your Zoom app and is up to date..
  •    Try restarting your device and check if it fixes the issue.
  •    Contact Dex Art support at 925-457-4497 or email info@dex-art.com.
  •    If it still doesn't fix the issue,  reach out to Zoom support. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us

 There are audio/video issues when I connect to the meeting. How to fix it?

Please follow these troubleshoot steps:

I didn't receive any emails from the Dex Art Academy.                        

If you don't see the email in you inbox, please check the  “spam” folder to see if it was sent there. Remove the “Spam” check mark to ensure future emails don't end up there. If you don't see the email then you can contact Dex Art at info@dex-art.com or call 925-457-4497.


What are the different courses that are available for my child? And, which one would be apt for my child?

All of our classes are suitable for people of all age groups. If you have prior knowledge or experience of the art then you can go for the creativity builder course directly.

What are the timings of the classes?

Time:
5:30 PM - 7:00 PM PST (USA)
7:00 AM - 8:30 AM IST (IND)

Is there any restriction on the number of classes to enroll for?

You can enroll for as many classes as you would like to.

Do the classes run every day?

You can attend five different classes in a week.  Currently the classes are offered on offered on Wednesday - Sunday at 5:30 PM PST USA.

What is the duration of each class?

Typically, the duration of each class is 90 min. But, it could be extended, depending on the discretion of the instructor.

Will there be any interactions with the instructors during the classes?

All our classes will be held using the zoom meeting app. All students will have audio and video functions available to have a virtual classroom experience. The students will be given time to interact with the instructor periodically while the class goes on.

How can we get feed back for the kids work ?

We understand that reviewing the students work and giving feedback will greatly help in improving the skills of the students. Hence in every class the instructors  spends some time in going over each of the students work and provide them some helpful pointers to improve their skill. So the last 30 mins of the class will be dedicated to review each of the students class work as well as homework.

Also if you need the instructions to review the students work offline, then please email your work to instructors@dex-art.com. One of our instructors will look at the work and provide you a constructive feed.
