Batch II: Saturdays and Sundays 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM PST

This course is for the Yoga enthusiasts who are keen to learn various yoga poses, pranayam, Vyayam that helps develop body strength & flexibility.
For improving health parameters & lower anxiety levels
For good emotional regulation & it boosts children’s  self esteem
Enhancing concentration & memory power which betters work productivity
Increasing body & breath awareness

Materials Needed
  • Yoga mat
  • Wear light clothes
  • Peaceful surrounding for good practice
  • Water bottle (if needed)
